Set Up Email Delivery

Requires Project - Email Delivery - View, Add/Edit Permissions

Any user with permissions to work in Project Data can set up automatic email delivery for the following reports generated in the Project:

  • Workflow Reports
  • Export Comparison Reports

Options

  • Enable Email Delivery — By default, email delivery of the supported reports is disabled (the checkbox is cleared). If you want to set up automatic delivery of the reports to the specified email addresses, select the checkbox.
    • Deliver — Identifies the reports supported for email delivery (currently, Workflow Reports and Export Comparison Reports).
    • To <Enter an Email address or paste multiple addresses...> — Use the text box with the hint text Enter one per line or paste multiple to enter one email address per line or paste multiple email addresses from a file. When you paste email addresses, the software will recognize separators (commas, semicolons, or line breaks) and will place each email address on a separate line. Each email address entry can be deleted using the icon.

Email Delivery: Save or Discard Changes

  • Save – Saves your changes on this screen and puts them into effect.
  • Discard Changes – Cancels any changes made before saving your changes.
