Copy to Document Storage Exclusions

Imports > Selected Data Set > right-click > Copy To Document Storage

Requires Imports - Add/Edit Permissions

Users with the appropriate permissions can perform a Copy to Document Storage operation for a Data Set after import. This operation provides the option to exclude certain document classes and/or NIST eDocs from the operation.

This operation is not available if the Data Set has already been completely copied to Document Storage. It does not apply to an imported Load File.

Note: This dialog will display the current settings for the Copy to Document Storage Exclusions based on the Project Index Settings. By default, the checkboxes for these exclusions are all set in the Project Index Settings, but you can modify the Project Index Settings or override the settings for a Data Set. Clearing an exclusion means that the operation will include documents associated with that document class (for example, NIST eDocs).
