View the Discard Pile Log

For users with the required permissions, the Discard Pile Log provides a record of documents that have been sent to or restored from the Discard Pile. The following table describes the fields in the Log.

Field	Description
Action	Discard or Restore.
Date	Date and time of the discard or restore action.
Documents	Number of documents discarded or restored.
Total Size	Total size of the documents discarded or restored.
User	User who discarded or restored the documents.
Comment	Comment provided by the user.

The Date column can be sorted and the User column can be filtered, enabling you to search the log for specific actions.To obtain a portable, writable version of the Discard Pile Log that can be fully sorted and filtered, click the download icon at the bottom of the page to download the log as a CSV file.
