Add Aliases
For a selected Alias List, you can add one or more Aliases (email addresses) to that Alias List. Each Alias must be on a separate line.
Add Alias Options
- Load from File — Enables you to upload a list of Aliases from a file on your local computer or network location. The software will read the contents of the text file with line-delimited entries. Each line in the file will then appear in the list of Aliases and can be deleted individually using the
icon.
- Clear All — Enables you to clear all uploaded, typed, or pasted Aliases.
- Enter one per line or paste multiple — Enables you to enter one Alias per line or paste multiple Aliases. When you paste Aliases, the software will recognize separators (commas, semicolons, or line breaks) and will place each Alias on a separate line. Each Alias can be deleted using the
icon.
- OK — Adds the specified Aliases to the Alias List.
- Cancel — Cancels the operation to add the specified Alias to the Alias List.
