Request a Task Notification

Work Basket > running task > right-click > Task Notification

If an email server has been configured, you can select a task in the Work Basket that is in one of the following in-progress states and request an email notification upon its success or failure:

• Registered
• Queued
• Running
• Pausing
• Paused
• Resuming
• Blocked
• Paused on Failure

To configure an email notification, right-click on an in-progress task in the Job Management Queue or Review Promotion Tracker and select Task Notification. The Task Notification dialog lets you specify one or more email addresses to receive an alert, on successful completion, failure, or both. By default, notifications are sent for both successfully completed and failed tasks to the originator of the notification request.
