Manage Organization Membership for System Users and Groups
System Settings > System Users > Add to / Remove from Organizations...
System Settings > System Groups > Add to / Remove from Organizations...
A System User with the required permissions can use this dialog to add or remove a System User or System Group as a member of one or more available Organizations.
Lists are provided of Available Organizations (all Organizations the System User or System Group can be assigned membership in) and Assigned Organizations (those Organizations the System User or System Group already a member of). The Assigned list shows the System User or System Group's role within the Organization.
To add the System User or System Group to one or more Organizations, select the Organizations in the Available list and click the green right arrow to add the System User or System Group to those Organizations and move them to the Assigned list.
To remove the System User or System Group from one or more Organizations, select the Organizations in the Assigned list and click the red left arrow to remove the System User or System Group from those Organizations and move them to the Available list.
Organizations that are in a Delete Pending state are not available for selection in either list.
