System Users in a role with the appropriate System-level permissions can view the Live Log information for a selected running Job from the Job Management queue. Clicking
Live Log Checkbox Options for Severity Level Messages
By default, the Live Log display log entries for all three severity level messages. You can use the checkbox options to control which severity messages you want to see: You can include any combination of the following

Info – Displays informational messages.

Warning – Displays warning messages.

Error – Displays error messages.
Log Entries
This area displays log entries for the selected severity level messages. Each entry contains the full date and time in the format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss, ms(milliseconds), the type of severity level message, the service request controller information, the SRI information, and the content of the message. For example:

If an entry is longer than the available width, it will be truncated. You can hover over the ellipses (...) to see the entire entry.
Page Controls and Additional Options
For multi-page lists of Live Log entries, you can select a page to display. By default, a given page will display up to 100 log entries. You can see the number of entries to the far right (for example, 1-99/99). In general, the paging area shows a range of pages and enables you to enter the page number in the box or use the appropriate arrows to navigate.

Load Next 1000 Lines – Loads the next 1000 lines of the log file information for the SRI. (This allows you to control the log file information in 1000-line increments.)

(Refresh) – You can perform an immediate refresh by clicking the Refresh button,
, on the Page Control bar.

( Download Log Entries...) – Sends the appropriate number of lines of live log information (as an unfiltered list) to a download text file (
srilog.txt
). - Close – Closes the Live Log display and returns you to the Job Management window. (You can also click the
located top right to close the display.)
