Select Workflow Reporting Options

Workflows > selected Workflow > Run

When you click Run to run a validated Workflow, the Workflow Reporting Options dialog lets you dictate the level of report information generated for each step in which you selected Generate Reports, as follows:

• Generate Workflow Report ─This checkbox is always selected and unavailable to indicate that the basic Workflow report is always generated for the selected steps and available on the Reports tab and/or the downloaded report.
  • Add Final Search Term Report ─ Select to add a search term report for the final search in the Workflow to the downloaded report.
  • Add Export Comparison Report Select Export... ─ Select to add generate an Export Comparison report for the final search in the Workflowto the downloaded report.

• Run Workflow ─ Runs the Workflow with the selected reporting options. You can then view the Workflow report when the run is complete.
• Cancel ─ Cancels the run of the Workflow.
