Select Workflow Reporting Options

Workflows > selected Workflow > Run

In preparation for running the Workflow, you select Workflow Reporting Options that let you dictate the level of generated report information:

  • The base Workflow report that is always generated when you run the Workflow.
  • The base Workflow report plus the search term report information for the final search in the Workflow.
  • The base Workflow report plus the search term report information for the final search, plus an Export Comparison Report for the final search in the Workflow.

Run Workflow Reporting Options

When you run a Workflow, the following Workflow reporting options apply:

  • Generate Workflow ReportThis checkbox is always shown selected and grayed out in the UI to indicate that the basic Workflow report is always generated in a single-tab XLSX.
    • Add Final Search Term ReportSelecting this checkbox generates the Workflow report as well as the search term report information for the final search in the Workflow in a multi-tab XLSX.
    • Add Export Comparison Report Select Export... ─ Selecting this checkbox generates an XLSX with a Workflow tab for the Workflow report, a Summary tab with the Export Comparison information for the final search in the Workflow, and search term report tabs.
  • Run Workflow Runs the Workflow with the selected reporting options. You can then view the Workflow report when the run is complete.
  • Cancel ─ Cancels the run of the Workflow.
