Use the Reef Review Promotion Tracker
Home > selected Project > Project name drop-down > Reef Review Promotion Tracking
When you have exported data from a Reef Review-integrated Project (created in either Digital Reef or Reef Express) directly from Digital Reef to Reef Review, Reef Review immediately begins ingestion of the exported data. Depending on the amount of data involved the promotion process may take some time, but you can use the Reef Review Promotion Tracker to view its progress.
To open the tracker, use the drop-down next to the Reef Review icon (
) in the Project Dashboard title bar and select Reef Review Promotion Tracking. The Reef Promotion Tracker displays the following information about each exported load file that has been or is currently being ingested by Reef Review as part of Project promotion; The Job Status and User columns can be filtered):
- Job Status — Status of each load file ingestion, which can be Queued, Running, Paused, Cancelled, Completed, Failed, or Completed With Errors. Failed indicates that promotion failed completely, while Completed With Errors succeeded with the exception of one or more documents that could not be ingested (see Error Count, below).
-
Job Description — Load file being ingested and the number of documents to be ingested.
- Associated Project — Project identifier (name or number) in Reef Review.
- Results Count — .Number of documents successfully ingested so far, or total if completed.
- Error Count — Number of documents that could not be ingested so far, or total if completed.
- User — Digital Reef user who exported the data. (Column can be filtered.)
- Date Started / Date Completed — Date/time at which ingestion started and ended (if complete).
- Duration — Time required for ingestion so far, or total time if completed.
- Job ID — Job GUID.
Click the options menu icon (
) at the far right to use one of these options:
- Download Error Report — Download a detailed error report in Excel format, which may provide the reason(s) for a full or partial failure.
